I believe everyone should have an affordable way to get PC help without paying the travel costs for service from St. George or the high prices that local places that maintain a brick-and-mortar location need to charge for profit. If you require extensive help for virus removal or hardware upgrades there is normally a charge. However, if you are comfortable with remote assistance, please read the article below and we can always hook up and get you running remotely. There is never a charge unless your computer is repaired. Also, if you only require assistance to understand something on your computer and I can complete it remotely, I do not charge a fee but do accept donations to help keep the site running.
